Exchange Policy

At Big Cat Streetwear, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a simple exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Who Qualifies for an Exchange

You can request an exchange if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage (such as printing issues, stitching problems, or physical damage during shipping).

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or normal wear and tear.

How to File an Exchange Claim

Requesting an exchange is easy:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your Order History, or
  2. Contact our support team directly.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage. Our team will review your claim promptly.

What Happens Next

  • Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for the defective item to be exchanged for the same product (or an equivalent item if the original is unavailable).
  • We cover the return shipping cost for approved defective exchanges.
  • You will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that all claims are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet our policy requirements.
